<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cord and a hanger of a plug which can protect cords of household electrical appliances from electric resistance and hardly causes fracture of electric wires in the cord since the cord is hung down at both ends of the household electrical appliance and the plug and bending of the maximum 90° may be generated due to weight of the cord and electric resistance may be generated due to this bending and heat may be generated in the cord and there exists an example of the fractured cord of the household electrical appliance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Shafts for hanging the cords with are arranged at the center of a round flat plate. Each shaft section is prepared by using an arc of a circle with a diameter of 20 cm in order to restrain generation of electric resistance, and the cord is hung on each shaft section. Generation of electric resistance can be prevented as the cord is not wound around the shaft section and is not taking on a small circle. Bending of the plug and the cord can be done away with by installing plug hangers on the surface of the round flat plate opposite to the round flat plate at a wall side.
