<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support apparatus capable of performing drive support which is more suitable for feeling of a driver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a drive support apparatus 10 for performing the drive support in response to signal display information obtained by an information provision determining unit 22 and an information providing device 24 after acquiring the signal display information relating to a passing traffic light by a road-to-vehicle communication device 18, the information provision determining unit 22 predicts arrival time of its own vehicle to the passing traffic light at a display starting time point of a yellow signal of the passing traffic light by information of the road-to-vehicle communication device 18, and makes the information providing device 24 perform the drive support when the arrival time of the own vehicle to the passing traffic light at the display starting time point of the yellow signal is not less than the minimum value T<SB>min</SB>of display time of a normal yellow signal and not larger than the maximum value T<SB>max</SB>of the display time of the normal yellow signal. Thereby, the drive support is performed with more fitted feeling of the driver because the drive support is performed without depending on the display time of the yellow signal and when the display time of the yellow signal is between the minimum value T<SB>min</SB>and the maximum value T<SB>max</SB>.
