The device has a technical fixation unit constituted of two supports (5) having same length, where each support is machined to an edged dovetail (7). The supports are fixed by respective fastenings (6) on both sides of a vertical rib of an opening frame so as to receive the device that is machined by a single notched cut to an edged dovetail (8) for being maintained in case of absence of an opening e.g. door, where the device is slid on the rib.
