<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery of which the discharge capacity is improved. <P>SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a container, an electrode group 2 housed in the container and wound up in a spiral shape via a separator between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, a nonaqueous electrolyte housed in the container, a tab electrically connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the electrode group 2, and an insulator 16 that covers the electrode group so that it includes the end face to which the tab is connected and the end face on the opposite side, and that includes an adhesive layer 16b except a point opposing to the end face on the opposite side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
