<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately form an unvulcanized tire while improving manufacture efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A conveyance ring 41 is moved toward a first drum 11 while supporting a ringlike belt member. After a carcass band on the first drum 11 is made to enter the inside of the belt member, first rigid body segments 13a and 13b are moved outside in the radial direction. While the carcass band is expanded/deformed in the shape of a torodal, the peripheral surfaces of the first rigid body segments 13a and 13b are pushed to the inner circumferential surface of a second rigid body segment 43 through the belt member and the carcass band to press-bond the carcass band and the belt member together.
