<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for quickly including latest information in a search result without increasing processing loads at the search. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A file is generated (S101), relevant information related to the file is generated (S102), and the generated file is transmitted to be stored in a file server 3 (S103). Then, an index information creation part having a function to collect information before search based on a request is detected (S107) and filter information set to the index information creation part is acquired (S110). The index information creation part for transmitting relevant information and the like by comparing the relevant information with the filter information is identified (S111), and the relevant information and storage position information about the file are transmitted to the identified index information creation part (S112).
