<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane-motor type power generating device that has a high conversion efficiency from energy of a fluid pressure to electrical energy, and is reduced in size so as to be used in a small space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A turbine 1 includes: a casing 11 having a suction port and a discharge port of the fluid; a rotor 12 provided eccentrically inside the casing 11 and having a plurality of magnets inside thereof; a vane provided so as to be protrudable from and retractable into the rotor 12; a coil core 17 provided outside the casing 11 and having a plurality of branches extending radially in parallel to a rotating plane of the rotor 12, in which chip ends of the plurality of branches are arranged near respective magnetic poles; and a plurality of coils 18 wound around the plurality of branches, respectively. The vane receives a pressure difference of the fluid between the suction port and the discharge port to rotate the rotor 12, an alternate magnetic field generated by the rotation of the rotor 12 changes a magnetic flux density passing through the plurality of coils 18 to generate a voltage.
