PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and inserting cotton is provided to separate the cotton into a separated body and a minute separated body, to easily throw the cotton into a pillow, and to uniformly stack the separated body into a stack part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating cotton and inserting the cotton comprises: a first separation part(100) forming a separated body by separating the cotton; a stack part which is connected to the first separation part and a first transfer pipe(145) and stacks the separated body transferred from the first separation part using a first blower part; a second separation part which is included on one side of the stack part and forms a minute separated body by separating the separated body again; and an input part which is connected to the second separation part and a second transfer part and discharges the minute separated body using a second blower part.
