<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing heterocycle is provided to shorten reaction time, to improve yield, and to easily remove target product from the reaction mixture. CONSTITUTION: A heterocycle of chemical formula 1 is obtained by catalyst reaction of aromatic dinitrile of chemical formula 2 with amino alcohol of chemical formula 3. A zinc 2-ethylhexanoate is used as a catalyst. After reaction finishes, 40-70 weight% of remainder amino alcohol of chemical formula 3 is distilled at 75-400 mbar and non-polar solvent is added to remove to remove a part of amino alcohol of chemical formula 3. Crystalline is removed by filtering.</p> |
