USER INTERFACE DEVICE, USER INTERFACE METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

A user interface device (1) is provided with a detection unit (3) for detecting the position of a user, a display unit (2) for displaying a working area, and a control unit (4) for controlling the display of an independent object that does not belong to any user.  The control unit (4) moves the independent object in different modes between the case where the independent object is located inside a facing area of the display unit (2), which faces the position of the user detected by the detection unit (3), and the case where the independent object is located outside the facing area.  When the user acquires the independent object, the control unit stops the moving independent object in the working area assigned to the user.
