ASCENDING AND DESCENDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An elevating apparatus is provided to facilitate a desulphurization operation by the stirring of a hot metal included in a ladle and to reduce facility accidents from occurring. CONSTITUTION: An elevating apparatus(100) comprises an elevating guide member, a lift frame(300), and a guide stopper unit(400). The elevating guide member forms a stopping section and a lifting section by changing the thickness of the elevating guide member. An objective moving body(700) is connected to the lifting frame which ascends along the guide member using an elevator. The guide stopper unit is connected to the elevating guide member to lift the lifting frame up during the lifting section and fixes the position of the lifting frame during the stopping section.
