METHOD FOR ACCESS PROCESSING OF USER EQUIPMENT IN FEMTO CELL AND FEMTO ACCESS POINT THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A method for access processing of user equipment in a femto cell and a femto access point thereof are provided to supply low cost communication such as a femtocell to a subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A femto base station receives a connection request from a mobile terminal(S301). If an acceptable capacity of the mobile terminal is exceed, the femto base station confirms the registration of the user of the mobile terminal(S303,S305). If the mobile terminal of a user is connected to the femto base station, the femto base station process a forced handover of a neighbor macro cell around the mobile of the user terminal(S307,S311). The femto base station permits the connection of the mobile terminal requesting connection(S313).
