PURPOSE: A cast for manufacturing concrete block is provided to enable an auxiliary unit to disassemble the concrete block with a leading-in groove within space of the leading-in groove without a vertical salvage process of the concrete block. CONSTITUTION: A cast(100) for manufacturing concrete block comprises: a leading-in groove which is included on the bottom surface of the cast; a main panel(110) which has internal space in which the upper part and the bottom part are opened; and an auxiliary unit(200) which is arranged on a site of the leading-in groove of the main panel and is mutually separated within the space of the leading-in groove.
