发明名称 Method for regulating direct current at a melt-aggregate with component for the reception and/or treatment of a melt, comprises connecting components over earth connections with a common ground and measuring the direct current
摘要
The method comprises connecting components (12, 13, 14, 15, 16) over earth connections (22, 23, 24, 25, 26) with a common ground (20), measuring direct current at the earth connections and then calculating the direct current flowing into a melt (11). The direct current is measured and/or calculated according to absolute value and direction. The absolute value and/or the direction of the calculated direct current are compared to the melt with threshold value. An additional component is connected with the common ground during exceeding a limit. A transition resistance is changed in the common ground during exceeding the limit at one of the earth connection. The measurement and the calculation of the direct current in the melt are repeated after the connection of the additional component with the common ground and/or after changing the transition resistance of the earth connection. An additional direct current source is connected with the melt during exceeding the limit. One of the earth connections is led over a diode with suitable polarity in order to let the direct current with defined polarity. An electrical negative potential difference is adjusted relative to the melt at one of the component made of noble metal in such a way that the oxygen remaining after migration of hydrogen through noble metal wall is ionized. The process steps are automatically carried out. An independent claim is included for a melt aggregate for the production of glass or glass ceramics.
