<p>Conventional tissue-treating devices have a problem that liquid chemicals which have been used given times and have become useless in a tissue specimen immersion treatment and cleaning liquids which have been used given times and have decreased in cleaning ability are required to be separately discarded/replaced. This problem is eliminated. A tissue-treating device (10) is provided which includes a treating tank (12) containing a tissue specimen housed therein and in which given liquid chemicals are supplied to the tank (12) to subject the tissue specimen to an immersion treatment and are discharged therefrom. The device (10) is equipped with: liquid-chemical tanks (14, 16) in which the liquid chemicals to be used in the immersion treatment are stored; and cleaning-liquid tanks (19, 21) in which the liquid chemicals which have become useless in the immersion treatment of tissue specimens and are usable as cleaning liquids for removing the residual liquid chemicals remaining in the treating tank (12) are stored as cleaning liquids. The device (10) is further equipped with a cleaning means which supplies the liquid chemicals present in the cleaning-liquid tanks (19, 21) to the treating tank (12) and then discharges the liquid chemicals therefrom to clean the inside of the treating tank (12).</p> |
