PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for driving the nozzles of an ink-jet apparatus are provided to prevent the formation of an ink film in nozzles. CONSTITUTION: A method for driving the nozzles of an ink-jet apparatus comprises a step(S310) of providing a first driving signal to a nozzle drive unit according to a target circuit pattern so that a first driving voltage, less than a discharge reference voltage, is applied to a nozzle not performing a printing process, and a step(S320) of providing a second driving signal to the nozzle drive unit according to information about the circuit pattern so that a second driving voltage, more than the discharge reference voltage, is not applied, wherein the discharge reference voltage is the lowest voltage at which ink can be discharged from the nozzle.
