The connection has a set of bus bars (2) provided with a set of sections that are overlapped with each other. A set of contact pieces is inserted into the overlapped section of each bus bar. Each contact piece includes a shaft provided with a head on a side. The shaft engages in a hole, and the head engages in a depression of the associated bus bar. The head of the contact piece inserted into the one of the bus bars fits at the head of the contact piece inserted into the other bus bar for forming an electrical contact position by pressing. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of electrical bus bar connection.
