PURPOSE: A food order sheet in which the amount of side dishes is notated and the notation of the amount of side dishes in the food order sheet are provided to prevent the side dishes from being reused and to remarkably reduce food waste. CONSTITUTION: A food order sheet in which the amount of side dishes is notated and the notation of the amount of side dishes in the food order sheet comprises the following steps: a step marking the amount of the side dishes in the food order sheet; and a step producing and selling the food order sheet in which the amount of the side dishes are marked. The amount of the side dishes which a customer selects in the food order sheet is served to the customer.
