PURPOSE: A body valve of a shock absorber which generates damping force is provided to suppress a connection part due to stacked discs by opening and closing a path using a stopper with a spring. CONSTITUTION: A body valve of a shock absorber comprises a valve body(110), a first damping unit and a second damping unit. The valve body is installed on the bottom of an inner pipe(2) connected to an outer pipe(3). The valve body comprises a first flow path(112) and a second fluid path(114). The first damping unit comprises a slit(142). The slit permits the one-way flow of the low speed oil passing through the first flow path. The second damping unit is supported to the state slanted with the spring. The second damping unit permits the one-way flow of the oil passing through the first flow path and slit.
