PURPOSE: A manufacture method of a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display panel manufactured thereby are provided to manufacture the liquid crystal display panel in just four stages of a mask process. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display panel comprises a glass substrate(20), a gate electrode(21a), a pad electrode(21b), a gate insulating layer(22), a channel layer(23a), a semiconductor layer(23), a source electrode(24a), a drain electrode(24b), a dummy electrode(24c), a pixel electrode(25a), a pad contact electrode(25b), and protective layer(26). The glass substrate is located in the bottom while a TFT area and a PAD area are classified. The gate electrode is formed on the TFT area of the glass substrate. The pad electrode is formed on the PAD area of the glass substrate. |
