PURPOSE: A method for controlling an e-mail list is provided to classify an e-mail list and insert a memo to an e-mail. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an e-mail list is implemented by an e-mail server computer, and the e-mail computer server controls a memo management unit and a memo output unit(101). The memo management unit manages the insertion, edition, storage and deletion of a memory for a title, a date, a size or other items that indicates a person who has transmitted and received the e-mail(110). The memo output unit displays the memo contents on a screen(118). |
