<p>PURPOSE: A DNA microarray chip is provided to fix same amount of biomolecular solution on the surface of glass substrate and to improve reliability to detection characteristic and analysis. CONSTITUTION: A DNA microarray chip comprises a glass substrate(10) which is treated with amine on the surface of chip. An opaque pattern(20) is formed on the surface of the glass substrate. The pattern has plural through hole(21) having same volume to form recess. The through hole is circular. Plural DNA probes are arranged on the surface of the glass substrate in a microarray. The surface of the glass substrate is coated with amine or aldehyde.</p> |
