Safety marking for securing valuable objects

The laser-sensitive core-shell particle (50) has a core and a shell surrounding the core. The shell of the core-shell particle is surrounded by an ablation conveying function layer, which reduces a binding force between the core-shell-particle and binding agent by irradiation of the core-shell particle. Independent claims are included for the following. (1) a method for manufacturing a laser-sensitive core-shell particle; (2) a laser-markable safety feature of a laser-markable safety element for a safety paper which is used for manufacturing safety and value documents such as notes, cheques, identification cards or documents, and for a data carrier, particularly branded articles; (3) a laser-markable safety element with a substrate; and (4) a method for manufacturing a laser-markable safety element.
