FILLER METAL ALLOY COMPOSITIONS

PURPOSE: Filler metal alloy compositions are provided to reduce a unit cost of a welding rod by minimizing silver content and without adding indium and to improve flowage and penetrability of the filler metal by lowering a melting point. CONSTITUTION: Filler metal alloy compositions are brazed in a connection part between parent metals to stably weld homogeneous parent metal and heterogeneous parent metal. The filler metal alloy compositions include silver, copper, zinc, tin, silicon, and other impurities. A component ratio of the filler metal alloy compositions comprises silver 20~24 weight%, copper 36~45 weight%, zinc 29~37 weight%, tin 1~3 weight%, silicon 0.1~0.4 weight%, and other impurities.
