PURPOSE: A bicycle for health is provided to enable a user to exercise the side and abdominal region of the user using left and right shaking of a saddle of the bicycle and to control the height of the bicycle saddle. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle for health comprises: a first driving bevel gear(100) which is combined with a first horizontal rotation axis; a first driven bevel gear(200) which is rotated using rotation of the first driving bevel gear and in which a central part is combined with one side of a rotation power transmission member; a second driver bevel gear(300) which is rotated using the rotation of the rotation power transmission member; a second driven bevel gear(400) which perpendicularly goes in gear with the second driver bevel gear and is rotated using the rotation of the second driver bevel gear; an eccentric rotator(500) in which the central part is eccentric; and a bicycle saddle(600) which is respectively settled on the upper end of the eccentric rotator.
