PURPOSE: An optical pick-up adjusting device and a control method thereof are provided to reduce adjusting time and improve productivity by adjusting the location and skew of a light receiving element and a sensor lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical pick-up adjusting device and a control method thereof a clamping part(60), an adjusting part(300,400,500), and a hardening part. The clamping part includes a light receiving element and an optical pick-up including a sensor lens. The adjusting part moves and rotates at least one among a diffraction gird assembled in the optical pick-up, the light receiving element, and a sensor lens according to the optical signal. The hardening part clinches at least one among the diffraction grid in which the location is adjusted, the light receiving element, and the sensor lens on the optical pick-up.
