PURPOSE: A solar battery and a method of formation thereof are provided to form an electrode on the light-receiving surface into the texturing structure. The formation process of the texturing structure is simplified. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery comprises a semiconductor substrate(110) and an electrode. The semiconductor substrate has the light-receiving surface, back side, first area(111), second part(115) and PN junction. The PN junction locates in interface between the second part and the first area. Electrode is formed on the light-receiving surface. The slots(120) is formed in the light-receiving surface. |
