METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOUND USING BACILLUS SUBTILIS

PURPOSE: A method for producing antimicrobial material only by culturing microorganism without complex chemical process is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an antimicrobial material comprises a step of inoculating Bacillus subtilis 028-1(KCTC 11099BP) in a medium having 1.5-2.5%(v/v) of soybean cake and 0.75-1.25%(v/v) of maltose and culturing. The culture is aerobically performed by shaking at 27-37°C and 230-330rpm for 20 to 28 hours.
