PURPOSE: An anti-lock brake system of a tire of a vehicle is provided to adjust the size of wheels and to reduce noise on a dry road. CONSTITUTION: An anti-lock brake system of a tire of a vehicle comprises a fixed disc(110), a hollow disc(120), a support disc, and a flexible anti-skid base metal pad(130). The fixed disc is fixed to the hub of the vehicle wheel. The hollow disc is detachably fixed to the fixed disc. The support disc has a plurality of support arms spreading out to radial and bends from the hollow disc so that each free end be face-contacted in the thread of tire. The flexible anti-skid base metal pad the strip-shaped in which both ends is fixed and coupled between each free ends of a plurality of support arms and which is face-contacted in the tire tread.
