PURPOSE: A metal stent for ureter is provided to maintain flexibility without generating stiffness in the metal stent, to secure more space in which urine flow by eliminating an outer stent portion, and to easily remove of an olive tip during operation. CONSTITUTION: A coating stent for ureter comprises: a metal stent; and an artificial tube sheath of PTFE material which is covered on the metal stent. The coating stent for the ureter is manufactured by inserting the artificial tube of the PTFE material between two metal stents. A middle part of the metal stent includes a twofold stent and the sheath of the PTFE material. Both ends of the metal stent is composed of an inner stent and an outer sheath by eliminating an outer stent.
