FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: harrow comprises wheel frame with trailing device with hydraulics of wheels lifting and working elements. Working elements are arranged in the form of concave disks mounted on separate stands by means of bearing units. Bearing units comprise two bearings and spacer part. Outer rings of bearings are installed in body on mount seats. Inner rings of bearings are installed on shaft, having thread with nut at the end, nut being fixed by splint, thrust and hub for disk fixation. Spacer part arranged between bearings is equipped with through threaded hole. Body is equipped with gland and dustproof cap. Each bearing unit in spacer part is equipped with hydraulic compensation rings with sealants resting on inner rings of bearings. Harrow is equipped with collector and manifold pipelines. Threaded hole of spacer part has a detachable nozzle communicated via connection hose to collector and manifold pipelines. In bearing unit there are single-row and single-size bearings used. ^ EFFECT: such design makes it possible to improve operational reliability of bearing units, to prolong their service life. ^ 3 dwg |
