PURPOSE: An aluminum component and an assembly structure of a steel insert are provided to improve the shape of the steel insert and the aluminum components and lengthen the service life thereof. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum component and an assembly structure of a steel insert comprise a press-fitting groove(11), a separation preventing groove(12), an aluminum part(10), a cylindrical body(21), a separation preventing projection(22), and a steel insert(20). One side of the press-fitting groove is opened. The separation preventing groove has greater diameter of the press-fitting groove than the diameter of the press-fitting groove. The aluminum component comprises anti-rotation ribs(13) formed along the columnar direction of the press-fitting groove. The cylindrical body is inserted into the press-fitting groove. |
