TERMINAL, BASE STATION, RELAY STATION AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A terminal, a base station, and a relay station, and a wireless communication method are provided to enable terminals no to interfere each communication when a control information non-transmission RS and a control information transmission RS exist at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A control information non-transmission RS(Relay Station)(2a) transmits only data. A control information transmission relay station(2b) transmits the data and control information. A transmission area configuration unit(1a) establishes a domain for transmitting data to a terminal which is managed by the control information transmission relay station in a downlink sub frame of a frame performing wireless communication with terminals(3a,3b), the control information non-transmission RS, and the control information transmission RS.
