PURPOSE: An ERS high speed fermentation device using new energy biogas is provided to reduce power consumption when organic waste is fermented and processed and to quickly dry and ferment organic waste. CONSTITUTION: An ERS high speed fermentation device using new energy biogas includes the following: a main body(130) automatically discharging food waste after processing the food waste as raw materials of organic compost; an energy recycle reaction member(150) discharging saturated steam into the heated air; a heat-exchanging part(170) heat-exchanging the heat; and a control part(190) controlling a pump, the main body, a screw conveyor, and the energy recycle reaction member. |
