PURPOSE: A wireless charge process method is provided to prevent delay and default of payment of communication charge or contents charge by supplying payment and calculation services through financial account of a customer. CONSTITUTION: A wireless charge process method comprises the following step: processing connection between financial account information and an authentication key included in a memory of a wireless terminal and storing the processed information in a storage medium(165) in a server; receiving an authentication key from a wireless terminal which uses voice call or contents in the server; confirming financial account information connected with an authentication key through the storage medium in the server; and settling service charge through a financial account in the server.
