THE REMOTE DISASTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING A CCTV IMAGE

PURPOSE: A remote emergency management system using closed-circuit televisions is provided to confirm an emergency situation using existing closed-circuit televisions without an additional installation. CONSTITUTION: An emergency management module performs a remote management operation by confirming an emergency situation based on images from closed-circuit televisions(CCTVs). A CCTV image transmit module is input from an emergency detection system(100). The CCTV image transmit module transmits CCTV images to the emergency management module. The emergency confirmation module connects to the emergency management module. Based on the CCTV images, the emergency confirmation module confirms an emergency situation.
