PURPOSE: A roaster of a coffee maker is provided, which makes power consumption minimized by evenly heating coffee beans and keeps taste and incense of the coffee beans. CONSTITUTION: A roaster of a coffee maker is constituted as follows. A heating apparatus(120) is comprised of a heater(122) and a pipe(124). The heater is fixed between the first and second fixing plates(130,132) and is heated by the power source. The first and second support protrusions are respectively projected between the first and second fixing plates. In the first fixation plate, a first motor(140) is installed. The driving gear(142) is equipped in the motor shaft of the first motor. In one end outer circumference of the pipe, a driven gear(125) meshed with the driving gear is equipped.
