PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulator made thinner. SOLUTION: The circulator 11 is equipped with: a casing 15 having an inlet port 13 in an upper end and an outlet 17 in a lower end and disposed such that a back face R faces a wall surface 100; and a cross flow fan 25 having a fan body 23 disposed in the casing 15 and a motor 27 driving the fan body 23. The fan body 23 has a plurality of blades 19, an outer diameter d is larger than an axial thickness t of a rotary shaft 21, and the rotary shaft 21 is disposed so as to face a direction substantially vertical to the back face R of the casing 15.
