The device has an aerosol distributor (6) including a channel (8) with a capillary tube (2) for a partial stream. The distributor has another channel (9) including a particle filter (1) for another partial stream. A mixer (7) is arranged downstream of the channels. A pressure measuring unit (4) measures differential pressure of aerosol between the distributor and the mixer. A gas-tight delivery unit (3) delivers a carrier gas for aerosol and is arranged downstream of the filter. The measuring and the delivery units are interconnected with a control unit (5).
