<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular airbag device which has a lightweight and simple structure, is good in mounting property, and good in sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular airbag device 1 having an airbag deployed and expanded by a gas from an inflator 10, a gas discharging part 11, which discharges the gas, is formed on the inflator, and an inflator insertion port 3, into which the gas discharging part is inserted to make the gas flow into the airbag, is formed on the airbag. An elastically deformable plastic diffuser 20, one end of which is opened inside the inflator insertion port containing the gas discharging part inside and the other end of which is formed so as to be pressure-connected to the inflator, is disposed between the inflator and the inflator insertion port.
