<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "an on-vehicle electronic device, a method of receiving emergency warning broadcasting, and a reception program" capable of presenting the emergency warning broadcasting automatically. <P>SOLUTION: The method of receiving emergency warning broadcasting includes: a step of receiving broadcast waves from broadcast media; a step of detecting execution of the emergency warning broadcasting; a step of responding to the detection of the execution of the emergency warning broadcasting to select the broadcast media from a plurality of broadcast media according to priority; a step of detecting reception sensitivity in the selected broadcast media; a step of determining whether the reception sensitivity of the selected broadcast media is larger than a threshold; a step of deciding the selected broadcast media to be the broadcast media for receiving emergency warning broadcasting when the reception sensitivity is not less than the threshold, and for selecting the next broadcast media according to priority when the reception sensitivity is smaller than the threshold; and a step of presenting information on the emergency warning broadcast obtained from the selected broadcast media. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
