PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calculate a change in sales quantity caused by revising a sales price only for a predetermined period.

SOLUTION: A market result acquisition part 122 acquires sales price result of a product to be evaluated input to a setting information capturing part 121 from a sales price result storage area 111. A price share information calculation part 123 calculates a price deviation value in a competing market of the product to be evaluated. A result decomposition part 125 specifies a period in which the price is revised from the sales price and the price deviation value of the product to be evaluated, and decomposes the sales quantity in the period into the quantity increased due to the price revision and the quantity sold without revising the price.
