PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract image data of a navel portion from a plurality of image data collected along a body axis direction. SOLUTION: An image data generation section 3 generates image data in a plurality of slice cross-sections nearly vertical to the body axis by reconstructing projection data of a subject 30 collected by an X-ray photographing section 2, and a contour extraction section 41 generates contour data by extracting the contour of body surface tissue in the plurality of image data obtained. Subsequently, a feature amount detection section 42 detects concavities in the contour data, and a continuity decision section 43 specifies the image data collected in the navel portion of the subject 30 on the basis of continuity with respect to the body axis direction of the detected concavities. An image data extraction section 5 extracts image data of the navel portion from the plurality of image data in the slice cross-sections on the basis of the result of the specification, and a fat measuring section 6 measures visceral fat by using the extracted image data of the navel portion.
