<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device excellent in characteristics such as photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device includes a semiconductor layer and a dielectric film set to contact the surface of the semiconductor layer, wherein the dielectric film has an impurity as a positive or negative fixed charge near the interface between the dielectric film and the semiconductor layer and has transparent conductive film on its surface, and carriers move the dielectric film by a tunnel effect and are extracted from the transparent film to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
