The arrangement (10) has an unlocking handle unit (20) for moving a closing bracket (16) of a locking device (12) from a locking position to a unlocking position, in which an engine bonnet (14) is locked and released, respectively. The handle unit is arranged on an outer side (22) of an outer covering part (24) of a motor vehicle and coupled with the closing bracket by a connection device (18). The handle unit is moved from a locking position to an unlocking position due to unlocking of the bonnet, where the handle unit is arranged at a distance from the bonnet in the unlocking position.
