The air mat (1) has a sealing profile fitted in a window jamb (2) and apron wall, where the sealing profile (3) is pressed in an inflated condition of the air mat. The infiltrating cold air is sealed, where air (5), which remains at high pressure, is produced in the mat for obtaining a higher insulation value. The air mat is folded together automatically in an initial position.
