The invention relates to devices for chain fixation. A device for chain fixation has a hook and a catch, at that the catch is arranged as oval ring, tip of the hook is connected to oval ring in point of intersection of the last one with large axis, tail element of the hook that goes through oval ring has pin normal to large axis of oval ring, at that distance from point of intersection of the hook with plane of oval ring to place of connection of pin to tail element of the hook is 1.8-2.2 of diameter of the body of chain loop, diameter of the hook is 1.4-1.6 of diameter of the body of chain loop, and length of the pin, inner length of small axis of oval ring and inner length of the large axis of oval ring are determined by formulae:,,c = F+2D,wherein:a – length of the pin;d – diameter of the hook body;F – inner length of the large axis of the chain loop;b – inner length of the small axis of the oval ring;H – outer length of small axis of the chain loop;c – inner length of the large axis of the oval ring;D – diameter of the body of the chain loop.Use of the invention makes it possible to develop such a device for fixation of chain where due to new form of structural elements and ratio of dimensions of those one can provide impossibility of disconnection of chain and device in process of its use, this is to provide increase of reliability and convenience of operation of the device. |
