PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seatback with an active headrest having a simple structure, and capable of smoothly pulling a wire for tension and increasing the tensile length. SOLUTION: The vehicular seatback includes a seat frame, a headrest driving unit, and a drive wire. A backrest spring consisting of two main longitudinal pieces arranged with the predetermined spacing and connected to each other at a bottom part, a center piece, an inclined piece, a lower end piece, and a spring member formed of a connection piece connected to the backrest spring are provided in the seat frame. The inclined piece turnably supports a bottom part of the backrest spring, and a lower fore end of an inner wire of the drive wire is fixed to a lower part of the seatback to constitute a seatback spring of the vehicular seatback.
