<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand device which can be surely installed regardless of the condition of an installing position of a mounting body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stand device 10 includes: a stand base 20 to be fixed on an installation face; and a rotation arm 30 which is freely attachable to and detachable from the stand base 20 and on whose mounted section 304 the mounting body is mounted. The stand device 10 is so configured that: a smooth face 203 having a flat smooth surface is formed on top of the stand base 20; a sucking disk 302 is formed on the rotation arm 30; and the mounting body mounted on the rotation arm 30 is installed on a prescribed position by making the sucking disk 302 suck the smooth surface 203.
