A method for differentiation infectious urethrites in men, at which the external mechanical manual massage of the penis and urethra is additionally carried out before penis erection and excretions from the urethra, and, excretions are taken by loop for smears, and also smears-prints are made from the end part of the urethra and urethra lips. Further smears and smears-prints are colored, smear microscopy is carried out and, at detection in the smear and smear-print of a plenty epitelial cells, layers of epitelial cells, epitelial cells of greater sizes with protoplasma vacuolization and proliferation a different degree of intensity of their nuclea, activators of the TORCH-infection in blood, in smears and smears-prints are determined by special methods and at revealing, during microscopy, a plenty of leukocytes and bacterial flora the intercellular and extracellular smears and smears-prints are further colored with special methods for differentiation of activators by microscopy, and determination the excretions from the urethra are sown on nutrient media for differentiation of activators by microbiological method and determination of their sensitivity to antibacterial means, and at revealing in smears and smears-prints of changes, characteristical both for virus, and for bacterial factors, fcomplete complex examination for detrrmination and differentiations of the TORCH-infection, determination and differentiation of bacterial factors. |
